Compatibility updates for Certified Payroll Solution and Construction Application for Payment Solution to work with QuickBooks Pro/Premier 2004 and Enterprise Solutions 4.0 available.
Conversion utilities available for both, Certified Payroll Solution and Construction Application for Payment Solution, available free of charge for all users who are currently covered by a maintenance contract. These conversion utilities are for users who originally purchased CPS Version 4.9 and CAPS Version 4.7 and have upgraded their QuickBooks version. These conversion utilities are necessary to migrate to CPS Version 5.0 and CAPS Version 5.0.
We have added an on-line forum to our site. The forum is designed to provide customers with an on-going option for obtaining free support AFTER your initial support has expired.

Construction Application for Payment Solution Enhancement Update. Based on customer feedback, we have added the following enhancements to the CAPS program:
Updated U.S. Department of Labor Wh-347 available for users of Certified Payroll Solution Version 4.9 to meet new reporting mandates.
Updated U.S. Department of Labor WH-347 available for Certified Payroll Solultion Version 5.0 to meet new reporting mandates.
Certified Payroll Solution Version 5.0 for QuickBooks Pro/Premier 2003 AND Enterprise 3.0 initial release. Version 5.0 has been totally reqritten using the QuickBooks Software Development Kit (SDK), which uses qbXML technology and replaces the Version 4.9 interface originally provided by the DataBlox, Inc., OfficeQ Pro product. Version 5.0 will allow you to have QuickBooks open while running CPS.
We will continue to maintain Version 4.9 until such time that it is suitable to retire it; for people who are still using QuickBooks Pro 99-2002.
Certified Payroll Solution Version 4.9 Compatibility update available for QuickBooks Pro/Premier 2003 AND Enterprise Solutions 2.0 is released. This interface is provided via the DataBlox, Inc., OfficeQ Pro product.
Initial Construction Application for Payment Solution Conversion Utility available for user's who purchased Version 4.7, and are covered under our Annual Maintenance plan, and have upgraded to QuickBooks Pro/Premier 2003 and/or Enterprise 2.0.
Construction Application for Payment Solultion Version 5.0 compatibility update for QuickBooks Pro/Premier 2003 AND Enterprise Solution 2.0 is released. The update also includes a separate Retainage Billing function - retainage can be billed on a seperate invoice AFTER the contract is complete, partial retainage may be billed at different points throughtout the contract, or retainage can be included on the final billing. Compatibility updates must be installed in order for the program to work with these new versions of QuickBooks.
