Resolving Error Code 80040409
Make sure the QuickBooks file you are attempting to access is a supported version. If you do not use our software programs, contact the developer who created it.
For our software you will need the following versions:
- Certified Payroll Solution - U. S. Windows desktop versions of QuickBooks Pro, Premier or Enterprise 2003 - 2013. Future versions of QuickBooks via compatibility updates - released under a current maintenance contract.
- Construction Application for Payment Solution - U. S. Windows desktop versions of QuickBooks Pro, Premier or Enterprise 2002 - 2013. Future versions of QuickBooks via compatibility updates - released under a current maintenance contract.
- Crew Overtime Entry Solution - U. S. Windows desktop versions of QuickBooks Pro, Premier or Enterprise 2007 - 2013. Future versions of QuickBooks via compatibility updates - releaed under a current maintenance contract or program upgrade.
