The City of New York, Office of the Comptroller, Bureau of Labor Law, has revised their certified payroll reporting form; we have updated Certified Payroll Solution to meet these new reporting requirements.
The actual form has only changed slightly, however, new reporting mandates no longer require you to display the employees full Social Security Number - instead, Social Security Numbers should be reported as xxx-xx-1234.New customers will automatically receive the revised form when they purchase.
Existing customers, who have an active Annual Maintenance Contract for Certified Payroll Solution with Sunburst Software Solutions, Inc., will be contacted notifying them that they can download the necessary update in order to meet the new reporting requirements.
