Who provides and how do I obtain support?

All technical support for Certified Payroll Solution is handled directly by Sunburst Software Solutions, Inc., it is not outsourced.

You will be dealing directly with the people who wrote and designed the program, and those who have been trainged specifically to support the software.

Support may be obtained Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time by phone, fax, or email.

Additionally, we provide an abundance of self-help materials are available in our folder Certified Payroll Solution Training, Support & Resource Center .
