Hawaii Certified Payroll Reporting Requirements

For State-funded construction projects you will be required to file either a:

• standard state form
• Department of Education form - both of which are administered by the Department of Accounting and General Services - Public Works.
• WH-347 form with the State required Statement of Compliance with DAGS-ECP

For Federally funded-construction projects the WH-347 certified payroll report and WH-347 Statement of Compliance are available. 

You will be able to choose which forms to generate on a job-by-job basis.

NOTE:  Historically, the Federal WH-347 is revised every three (3) years.
