Missouri Certified Payroll Reporting Requirements

Missouri's certified payroll and prevailing wage reporting requirements can be mandated by:

• The Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations Division of Labor Standards; which requires the filing of form LS-57 - Contractor Payroll Records
• The City of Kansas City form with a Daily Labor Force Report and Employee List
• The U. S. Department of Labor and the filing of the WH-347 form.

You will be able to select and use any of the above reporting formats on a job-by-job basis.

Additionally, the City of Kansas City - Human Relations Department, Company-Wide Workforce Monthly Report is also included.  See EEOC Reports.

NOTE:  Historically, the Federal WH-347 is revised every three (3) years, the current form is due to expire on January 31, 2015.
