Compatibility for MnDOT AASHTO Trns*port Payroll Spreadsheet

We are pleased to announce compatibility with the MnDOT's customized version of the AASHTO Trns•port® Payroll Spreadsheet.  Program update is available in Beta status beginning today.

Update 7/2/2014:  This is now a final release update (Version 5.0.609) and is included in ALL new installations.

Current customers can obtain this update beginning today, however, be aware that it is currently in BETA status - which means WE have tested it to the best of our ability and are making it available to current customers ONLY for further testing and feedback.

Trial users will NOT have access to this functionality - you will need to first purchase the software and then download the update.

The AASHTO (American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials) Trns•port® Payroll Spreadsheet has been the most difficult integration we have performed to date, due to the unique requirements of their reporting system; which can vary state-by-state.

You can create this spreadsheet with most of the data requirements having been completed by Certified Payroll Solution, however, there is no way to provide the final output as a 100% accurate form that can simply just be submitted.  The AASHTO system has more requirements and/or demands than any other form or electronic upload that we've added to the Certified Payroll Solution program in the last 11 years.

The AASHTO Trns•port® Payroll Spreadsheet has been provided by the vendor who developed the system, and there is no way for use to make any changes or modifications to it.

The AASHTO Trns•port® Payroll Spreadsheet has been provided to the general public in Excel 2007 format - Word 2003 and prior are NOT supported and we cannot change this.
