Worker's Comp Setup and/or Maintenance Errors

These are common error messages that you could encounter when setting up Worker's Compensation information from the System Setup -> System Preferences -> W/C Info + tab.  Only companies in California, Connecticut, Kansas, and Missouri need to complete Worker's Comp information.

 

Not a valid effective date.

Please enter a valid date in mm/dd/yy OR mm/dd/yyyy format.

 

Not a valid expiration date.

Please enter a valid date in mm/dd/yy OR mm/dd/yyyy format.


Dates are incorrect.

Go to the System Setup -> System Preferences -> W/C Info tab.  Enter the correct dates here.  These dates must be manually updated by YOU when you receive a new policy and have new dates.
