Florida Certified Payroll Reporting Requirements

Florida's prevailing wage laws follow the requirements of the:

• U.S. Department of Labor WH-347 form
• the Florida Department of Transportation {DOT}, other agencies require certified payroll data to be electronically submitted via the MyLCM system. 

Special reporting requirements for Florida DOT include the reporting of employee Race and Gender PLUS additional pages specifically for reporting Fringe Benefits and Deductions per employee. In addition to the Florida DOT form, you will be able to select and use the Federal or U. S. Department of Labor WH-347 form on a job-by-job basis.

NOTE:  Historically, the Federal WH-347 is revised every three (3) years, the current form is due to expire in 2018.
