To be blunt, we expect our Referral Partners to have a good working knowledge of using QuickBooks in the commercial/government construction industry and a good understanding of both Certified Payroll and AIA Billing requirements.  However, this does not mean that we provide you with any type of unlimited free one-on-one training in these areas or the use of our software.

Rather, it means that we simply cannot (and will not) spend hours on the phone or via remote sessions teaching you "everything there is to know" for free.  Our time, like yours, is valuable and billable - especially when it comes to "basic" training.

You have access to the same audio/video and written training materials that we provide our customers, each of our software programs has it's own section in Support Area.

Each program has a QuickBooks Setup Video (approximately 30 minutes in length) that should not be skipped.  While you may know how to use QuickBooks - you will need to know and learn how our software programs will utilize the data that is entered into QuickBooks.
