Before contacting support - you must FIRST be certain that the source IIF file that you wish to cleanup can be imported. The program is NOT able to work magic with error on an edited or corrupt IIF File. So create a new, empty QuickBooks company file and see if the IIF file that you want to clean up can be imported. If it does not import, chances are extremely likely that the cleanup utility will not help, and just may make matters worse. The source IIF file must be error free.
