Maine Certified Payroll Reporting Requirements
Maine's certified payroll and prevailing wage reporting requirements can be dictated either by the State of Maine, Department of Labor - Bureau of Labor Standards or the Maine Department of Transportation - which requires the electronic filing of all certified payroll reports using the on-line Elation Systems, Inc., compliance program . In addition to meeting either of the State requirements, you will be able to select and use the Federal or U.S. Department of Labor WH-347 certified payroll form on a job-by-job basis.
NOTE: Historically, the Federal WH-347 is revised every three (3) years, the current form is due to expire in 2018.
