Massachusetts certified payroll and prevailing wage reporting requirements can be covered by any of the following agencies, and requires the filing of agency specific certified payroll reports; each with their own unique set of requirements.
- Massachusetts Port Authority
- Massachusetts Division of Occupational Safety
- Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management
- Boston Water and Sewer Commission
- Boston Housing Authority (not shown)
- U. S. Department of Labor Form WH-347
Additionally, the Boston Housing Authority also has it's own special EEOC Report, which must be submitted on a weekly basis - see EEOC Workforce Reporting.
NOTE: Historically, the Federal WH-347 is revised every three (3) years.
