New York Certified Payroll Reporting Requirements

New York's certified payroll and prevailing wage reporting requirements can be covered by any of the following agencies, and requires the filing of agency specific certified payroll reports; each with their own unique set of requirements.  Since our inception in 2000, the most utilized reporting forms have come from the following agencies.  Other forms can be added upon request.

Paper Certified Payroll Reports & Statements of Compliance

• New York Department of Labor - Bureau of Public Work
• New York City School Construction Authority
• The City of New York, Office of the Comptroller - Division of Labor Law
• The New York City Housing Department
• New York State Department of Transportation
• Port Authority of New York/New Jersey
• MTA/NYC Transit Capital Program
• New York Dormitory
• New York City Health & Hospital form (not shown)
• The U. S. Department of Labor Form WH-347

Electronic certified payroll filing compatibility with:

• MyLCM (the TRS Consultant's Inc./Hill International) Labor Compliance program for New York City School Construction Authority.
• New York State Department of Transportation EBO (Equitable Business Opportunity) - (added April 2012).
• LCPtracker Labor Compliance program

You will be able to select and use each of these forms and/or electronic file formats on a job-by-job basis.

Additionally, the Port Authority of New York/New Jersey, New York City Lower Manhattan Monthly Employment Utilization Report, and the New York City Lower Manhattan Workforce Employment Utilzation reports are included.   See EEOC Workforce Reporting.

NOTE:  Historically, the Federal WH-347 is revised every three (3) years.
